Democracy Begins At Home

Welcome! It's high time that we started to get real, engaging the tools to take effective action in changing our society. And does that mean we start at the top? Nope. It's all about bottom-up, grassroots, community organizing. And that means we (gasp) might need to actually talk with our neighbors, slow down and listen, find common ground, reach out beyond our comfort zones, learn new things, forge partnerships, collaborate, integrate, and advocate for what we need.

We'll be writing here about tools, examples, movements, conferences, initiatives, and the like. We've got plenty in mind to start with, but definitely want to hear more from you.
